Cookie Policy
To ensure that this website works properly, we sometimes store small data files known as cookies on your devices.
What are cookies?
A cookie is a small data file that is stored on your computer or mobile device when you visit a particular website. Cookies help a website remember your actions and preferences (such as your username, language, font size, and other display preferences) over a longer period of time, so you don’t have to re-enter them each time you return to the website or move from one page to another.
How do we use cookies?
This website uses two types of cookies: technically necessary cookies, without which the functionality of this website would be limited, and additional cookies.
We only use additional cookies with your prior consent. If you are visiting this website for the first time, a notice will appear on the page inviting you to consent to the use of additional cookies. If you give us your consent, we will store a cookie on your computer and this notification will not appear as long as the cookie’s lifetime is valid. After the cookie’s lifetime expires or if you actively delete the cookie before then, the notification will appear again the next time you visit this website and the request for consent will appear again.
You can revoke your consent to the use of additional cookies at any time. Of course, you can also use our website without cookies (including technically necessary cookies). You can restrict or deactivate the use of cookies in your browser settings at any time. However, this may lead to limited functionality and affect the accessibility of this website.
Personal data
The information related to cookies is not used to identify you, and data about your browsing habits is exclusively under our control. We do not use cookies for any other purposes than those described here.
Third-party cookies
Sometimes we also use external services for statistical purposes to track the use of the website, such as Google Analytics. In this case, Google will send its own cookies – so-called third-party cookies. The same happens when we use maps on Google Maps. You can refuse third-party cookies when you first visit the site, so that third-party scripts will not be loaded.
How are cookies controlled?
You can control and/or delete cookies as you wish. You can delete all cookies that are already stored on your device, and most browsers allow you to block the storage of cookies. If you block cookies, you may have to manually adjust some of your preferred settings each time you visit the website, and certain services and functions may not be available. If you do not want to receive cookies on your computer, you can set your browser to notify you when it detects them or you can automatically reject them all. You can also delete any cookies that you have already received. If you want to limit or block cookies that are already installed on you, you can do this through your browser settings. How, find out through the “Help” function within the browser or on the website www.aboutcookies.org (external link), where you can find detailed instructions related to different browsers.
